CORONAVIRUS - KEEPING ALL GUESTS SAFE.


We want to welcome everyone back to our beautiful hotel and restaurant. As you arrive we have made a few changes and we would welcome your help in implementing them.

You may be aware of the guidelines at the minute indoor gatherings should be a maximum of 6 people from no more than two households (including any support bubbles). However outdoor gatherings of 6 people or less can be from a number of households. If your outside numbers are 7 people or more they should be from no more than two households (including any support bubble).

We are encouraging all bookings to be made in advance. However, we will do whatever we can to accommodate everyone under the circumstances. We now ask on booking you provide us will all contact details including your home address for track and trace purposes.

To limit contact we are asking that contactless payments are made whenever possible to help with this we have increased our limit to £45.00.

As you arrive at the hotel please respect yours and other customers' personal space by maintaining a social distance where possible. In order to meet UK Government guidance we have a separate entrance and exit so please look for our arrows marked out on the floor.

We are cleaning and sanitising frequently. All staff members are washing their hands every 20 minutes and sanitising regular. All tables are cleaned after every customer. Toilets are being cleaned at regular intervals and the numbers visiting them will be restricted.

When serving tables we will do our utmost to keep a safe distance when taking orders and serving food and beverages. All staff will be wearing a visor or mask when serving in the restaurant for the safety of our staff and customers. We ask that once in the hotel and seated you remain seated whenever possible and staff will come to you. Please refrain from visiting the bar all service will be offered at the table. All menus will be disposed of after every customer.

If you still are unsure about visiting us for inside dining we are offering a takeaway service for our afternoon tea and outside dining on our terrace will be offered. Why not bring a picnic blanket and have an afternoon tea in takeaway form (weather permitting) and sit in our beautiful gardens!

We want to assure you a lot of time and effort has gone into thinking about our customers and staff in making everyone feel confident that they are safe to work and visit here.
