Chicken liver parfait, Onion marmalade and redcurrant reduction with toasted brioche

French goats cheese rolled in crushed walnuts, Beetroot puree and pickled walnut dressing

 Wye valley smoked salmon with pickled cucumber, Smoked salmon parfait, Bread crisp and dill dressing

Mains

Pan roasted fillet of salmon, crushed new potatoes, Tomato and chive beurre blanc

Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding

 

Roasted pork with Crackling, Apple Sauce

 

Roast Turkey with Sausage Meat Stuffing

 

Butternut squash, Courgette tian baked with chestnut & sage crust, parmesan cream
