Just thought I would introduce myself. I’m Martin Dunn Head Chef at Dunsley Hall. It’s my aim to train our junior Chef’s at Dunsley to achieve recognition for the restaurant both now and in the future, that an establishment like Dunsley deserves. I am a firm believer in fresh local produce and dishes made and prepared at Dunsley and love making our breads cakes and biscuits for Guests. Every couple of months I would enjoy passing on experiences onto you through Chef training days at Dunsley Hall. I will also post recipies and ideas and answer any questions you have as soon as I can.
When I first left at Halesown College I went to work in London and in total worked in the City for over 13 years. I have worked for Michelin Star Chef’s such as Anthony Demetre, Michael Croft and was Second Chef to Gary Rhodes for over three years. When my family was born I moved to Evesham and worked at Wesley house restaurant in Gloucestershire for eight years where I achieved 2 rosette and 1 rosette for the wine bar. This is what I aim to achieve for Dunsley Hall. A high class restaurant with the friendly family atmosphere we have.
Look forward to hearing from you and seeing you soon.
